BELIN Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
At BELIN, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Exchanges & Store Credit (In Case of an Error on Our End)
If you receive an incorrect item or size due to an error on our part, you may request an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
Notification Window: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Merchandise: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchange Availability: Exchanges will only be processed if the correct item/size is available in stock. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Customer Responsibility for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all exchange and shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
How to Start an Exchange Request
To report an issue with your order, please email support@belinclothing.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the item received
3. A description of the issue
If eligible, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or store credit.
Non-Eligible Returns
Items not in their original condition (worn, washed, or missing tags)
Orders outside the 7-day notification period
Items damaged due to customer handling
By purchasing from BELIN, you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and support
All items are non returnable, there will not be any refunds for orders marked as returned to sender. The customer is responsible for any postage for the merchandise to be sent back to them.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
